Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents

• Conduct compilations and review for a diverse range of clients

• Research and analyze various accounting and tax issues

• Perform advisory services, strategic planning, risk management, performance and operation improvements

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business plans, valuations, and due diligence.

• Contribute to special projects as needed

Qualifications

• A passion or interest in helping small business owners

• Working on your CPA preparatory courses or enrolled in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and organized
